Dr. George Ulrich, M.D. |
Dr. Ulrich grew up in Colorado Springs, CO. He graduated with honors from medical school at the University of Colorado. After an internship at Naval Hospital Oakland, he served as a diving and submarine medical officer with the U.S. Navy. He then completed ophthalmology training at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego and fellowship training in glaucoma at Duke University. He retired from the Navy as a Captain after twenty years of active service in the medical corps. He has experience teaching ophthalmology to physicians in training, and he is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Uniformed Services University in Washington, D.C. Dr. Ulrich is a board certified ophthalmologist and glaucoma specialist in private practice at Crown City Eye Center in Coronado, CA. He has special training and experience in the surgical treatment of glaucoma and cataracts. Dr. Ulrich is also skilled and experienced in oculoplastic procedures, regularly performing surgery to correct drooping and sagging eyelids. He also has expertise with Botox for the treatment of wrinkles around the eyes and other areas of the face. |
